By using Easy Read Hub, you agree to these terms. You must use the service lawfully and keep your account credentials secure.

Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account details.
• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
• No attempts to disrupt security or service availability.
• No misuse of automated access beyond documented behaviour.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. You grant us permission to process it for storage, rendering, export, and sharing functions you request.

Billing and Plans

• Paid plans renew on the billing cycle shown at signup.
• Plan changes may adjust available features immediately or at renewal.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, and external provider outages may affect access.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Read Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory local law applies.
